Our multiple distribution facilities allow us to offer next day delivery in all major North American Cities.
Please note, that we will not compensate late delivery.  We will do our best to deliver birthday, anniversary and funeral orders on the date you specify using overnight delivery or partners in the area.

Orders for next day delivery must be entered before 9:00 a.m.

We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays: New Years, Easter, Mother's Day, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day. Orders placed for delivery on holidays will be delivered on the next available date.

Residential address deliveries:
Please advise the recipient to be present at the time of delivery. Please provide specific instructions about how to act if the recipient is not home. If we do not receive instructions from you it is up to our driver's discretion to - leave the delivery at a next door neighbour - leave the delivery on the porch - try to redeliver the next day. No refund or credit will be issued for stolen/non received goods.

Business address deliveries:
If the recipient is not available during delivery and the company refuses to accept the delivery, we will attempt delivery on the next possible day. Please note that a redelivery charge of $12.50 may apply. Due to the perishable nature of food an additional surcharge may be required to redeliver your order on a later day.

*Note: We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, earth quakes, etc...). No refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.
